Sam Weisman directed the 1994 film, but he did not return as director for the 1996 sequel; instead, Robert Lieberman took directorship of the project. The film follows the Mighty Ducks hockey team after they are awarded scholarships to a prestigious prep school. The opportunity causes friction because the organization can no longer have their freestyle way of playing, having to play in a disciplined manner according to the school’s coach, and they need to wear the school’s uniform. Their new coach is Ted Orion, portrayed by Jeffrey Nordling. The paintings also show that the girls are not alone underground – there are predators in the caves, who crave human flesh.

Colombe was not in The Descent, a 2005 Neil Marshall film about cave dwellers you described. She was in Descent in 2007, directed by Talia Lugacy. Two completely different films.
