Luciana Bozan Barroso was born on 31 July 1976, in Salta, Argentina. When she was young, her father, who worked as an insurance agent, and her mother, who was a housekeeper, divorced, so she was raised by her grandparents.
Her family is originally from Italy, but moved to Argentina before her parents were born so they could pursue a better life.
