Growing up and education

Sebastian is being raised by his mother Amber Rose, an American model and actress, as Amber filed for divorce on 24 September 2014 citing ‘irreconcilable differences’. His father and Amber married in a private ceremony on 8 July 2013 – neither of the two have remarried – they have joint custody over Sebastian, but Wiz rarely sees his son as he is busy with his singing career.

Talking about his son’s education, Wiz has stated he will be there to pay for Sebastian’s college tuition if he decides to pursue a college degree, which he would like but he would also be proud if he was to become a singer and a rapper as his father.

Hobbies and other interests

Sebastian has already shown an interest in soccer, and is practicing it at his elementary school with his peers – he also spends a lot of his spare time outdoors playing street soccer. His father has taken him to his concerts and studios on multiple occasions, but Sebastian doesn’t seem to be interested in rap music. He likes to watch TV with his mother, and comedy shows are his favorites.

He is a lover of animals with dogs being his favorites but Amber doesn’t allow dogs in her house, as she considers them dirty and a threat to one’s health.

Sebastian is currently dreaming about becoming a famous actor one day, and has attended several acting classes at a local theatre. He is a huge fan of animated Disney movies – a few of his favorites are “How To Train Your Dragon”, “The Minions” and “Despicable Me”.

Age and height

Sebastian’s age is seven. He has curly brown hair which is usually dyed blonde, his eyes are brown and his height is around 3ft 9ins (1.14m) while he weighs around 50lbs (22kgs). As of August 2020, his father’s net worth has been estimated at over $60 million.

Who is Wiz Khalifa?

Cameron Jibril Thomaz was born in Minot, North Dakota USA, on 8 September 1987 – his zodiac sign is Virgo and he holds American nationality. He is a rapper, singer and a songwriter, who gained recognition after his first album came out entitled “Show and Prove” on 5 September 2006.

Wiz was raised all around the US and Europe. As both his parents served in the military, and thus he got to live in Germany, the UK and Japan, before the family moved to Pittsburgh. His parents divorced when he was three years old, and custody of Wiz was given to his mother. He studied at Taylor Allderdice High School where he became interested in rapping, and started writing his own lyrics.

He chose the word ‘Khalifa’ as his stage name which means ‘successor’ in Arabic, and had it tattooed (his first tattoo) when he turned 17.

Wiz was 16 years old when he met Benjy Grinberg, the president of Rostrum Records, and Benjy instantly signed him after reading some of his lyrics. His debut mixtape – “Prince of the City: Welcome to Pistolvania” – came out in 2005, then in 2007 he signed a contract with Warner Bros. Records, releasing two mixtapes under them: “Grow Season” on 4 July 2007 and “Prince of the City 2” on 20 November 2007. His debut single, “Say Yeah” followed not long after, and peaked at #25 on the Billboard Rhythmic Top 40, and #20 on the Billboard Hot Rap Tracks.
