Joan Marguerite Grande was born on the 11th June 1968, in Brooklyn, New York City USA; she is the second child of Marjorie and Frank Grande, and has an older sister Judy. The family suffered a significant loss in 2014 when their father lost his battle with cancer.
Joan has two marriages behind her, firstly with Victor Marchione, and the second with Edward Butera. On the 24th January 1983, Joan brought her first son into this world, and she and Victor named him Frankie. However, the accomplishment of this love did not help the couple to overcome all the marital crises. Joan became ill with cancer, but divorced Victor and raised her son as a single mother. When she beat cancer, Joan was ready for new victories – she met Edward, and married him in an intimate ceremony in Manhattan in 1992. Edward Butera is a graphic designer, and a founder of IBI Designs, Inc. While Joan was pregnant in 1993, the couple moved to Boca Raton, Florida. Unfortunately, this marriage also failed, and the couple officially divorced in 2003.

The company was founded in Brooklyn in 1923, by partners Charles G. Hose and Thomas J. McCann. In 1964, the company was purchased by the Grande family, and moved to Deerfield Beach, Florida to be closer to the booming marine and shipbuilding industry. Joan Grande is now the president and CEO of Hose-McCann Communications, Inc. Although these positions earn her a large annual income, Joan is also considered an influential influencer on social networks.

Ariana Grande-Butera is an American singer, actress, and songwriter; born in Boca Raton, Florida, on the 26th June 1993. She has Italian ancestry and likes to say that she is an Italian-American of “half Sicilian and half Abruzzese” descent. Her older half-brother is entertainer and producer, Frankie Grande. Her career began while she was still a young girl – Ariana performed with the Fort Lauderdale Children’s Theater, playing her first role as the main character in their version of the musical “Annie,” then at the same theater, she performed in the musicals “The Wizard of Oz” and “Beauty and the Beast.”
