My Home: a safe haven. A place of peace and fortitude; my own personal sanctuary. I feel most safe at home and that is so important in mental health. It’s important to have a place where you don’t feel you have to be on alert 24/7, where you don’t find your mind running frantic all the time. It doesn’t just have to be your home, it can be the gym, church, Barnes and nobles ( lol that was mine for a minute I could lost in there for hours), etc. If you haven’t found your fortitude, your own sanctuary that you feel most at home I urge to you find it ASAP. I place you know that when you are there, you are at peace. 🧡 where is that place for you?
