Alice was raised in Bristol with her two brothers, Phillip and Anthony, by their mother Janet Evans who was a teacher, and their father David Evans who was a mathematician teaching applied mathematics at Bristol University – their grandfather was a coal miner.

She became interested in acting at the age of seven, when she started watching TV with Phillip, and subsequently appeared in several plays while attending high school, and was advised by her teachers to pursue a career in acting. Upon matriculation, she continued her education at University College, London where she continued acting and was also physically active playing soccer; she graduated with an undergraduate degree in French and Italian in 1993.

He is an actor who gained recognition after portraying Harold Lowe in the romantic film “Titanic” in 1997. Ioan was partly raised in Llwydcoed with a younger brother and a younger sister by their father Peter and mother Gillian who are both retired teachers. The family moved to Cardiff when he was six, where he studied at Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Aberdar and two other Welsh schools. He was interested in playing the oboe during his teen years, and was a member of the South Glamorgan Youth Orchestra for over five years, but eventually chose acting over music.
