Early life and education
Alexandra was raised an only child in Los Angeles by her father Mike Krosney who is an artist, and her mother Vanessa Krosney who is teaching at a local high school.
She grew up watching movies and TV series with her mother, and appeared in her first school play at the age of eight. She was amongst the best two actresses at both elementary and high school, while she was also physically active playing lacrosse and running track – her grades are said to have been good as well. She was also very social, as she spent time with her friends and attended parties; upon matriculation, she decided not to enroll at college but to focus on her acting career.

Alexandra launched her career as an actress in 2003 when she appeared in an episode of the TV series “Without a Trace”, portraying the younger version of Lianna Sardo while the series stars Anthony LaPaglia and Poppy Montgomery and follows an FBI division which handles missing people.
After her debut appearance, she was invited to guest star in many TV series, appeared in three episodes of the TV sitcom “Family Affair”, and then in an episode of “ER”. She was mostly praised for her performance in TV series such as “Grounded for Life”, “NCIS”, and “Numbers” among others.
