Hogan was born in El Dorado, Arkansas in 1976, but the exact date of his birth is not known to the general public. Like many politicians, Hogan likes to keep personal information about himself close to his chest, so not much is known about his childhood and early life.

In 2017, it was announced that Hogan would serve as the Deputy Press Secretary for the Trump administration, and on October 11, he started his job at the White House.

When Hogan shared Instagram posts of himself playing golf while visiting the UK with President Trump, he was criticised. Many people were unimpressed and accused Hogan of spending American taxpayers’ money.
